“Company” or “A&D Pharma”), the Dutch holding company that owns the largest
integrated pharmaceutical wholesale, marketing and sales, and retail business in
Romania, today announces its reviewed interim condensed financial results for the six
months ended 30 June 2010 prepared in accordance with IFRS.

A&D PHARMA TO REPRESENT ROMANIA IN EUROPE’S MOST COMPETITIVE BUSINESS AWARDS COMPETITION

| The European Business Awards (www.businessawardseurope.com) has announced
today that A&D Pharma is to represent Romania in the prestigious 2010 Awards
programme. A&D Pharma beat off stiff competition to be selected as one of ten Country
Representatives and will now compete for a coveted Ruban d’Honneur in the next round
of the competition. Final category Award winners will be unveiled in Paris on 16th
November.

or “A&D Pharma”), the Dutch holding company that owns the largest integrated pharmaceutical
wholesale, sales and marketing services and retail business in Romania today announces that
the Group has successfully completed the acquisition of Arishop Pharma AD and its subsidiary
in Bulgaria, Ozone Laboratories Polska and Ozone Laboratories Polska Services in Poland,
Ozone Laboratories Magyarorszag Kft. in Hungary, Ozone Laboratories Slovakia s.r.o. in
Slovakia and Ozone Laboratories Czech Republic s.r.o. in the Czech Republic.
