Mediplus Exim SRL is the leader on the Romanian national distribution market of pharmaceutical, OTC, parapharmaceutical and cosmetic products as well as medical devices. Its outstanding development led to the creation of 12 warehouses all over the country, with over 1500 employees. Presently we collaborate with more than 190 foreign and domestic producers, serving more than 2,800 clients, pharmacies and hospital pharmacies. In March 2003, to crown its efforts of continuous development and as recognition of the quality of their services, Mediplus was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Certificate for quality management. In March 2006, Mediplus received its re-certification ISO 9001:2000.

Services

The range of services has improved each year:

Equipment as well as depositing and handling systems according to the most recent GDP standards (good distribution practice) in agreement with the legislation in force;
Dedicated sale and delivery teams with telephone operators, area sales representatives and delivery persons coordinated by area representatives;
A monthly catalogue containing: products presentations, special offers, legislative information from the pharmaceutical field and special entertainment pages;
Toll free-line service for receiving orders from customers, available in Bucharest and soon to be available all over the country;
The delivery service has a frequency of 3 - 5 times daily in the cities that have warehouses and twice a day in the other neighboring cities and an emergency delivery service as well;
Customs warehouse in Bucharest for 15 suppliers.
