A&D Pharma Holdings N.V. (“The Company”) is the Dutch holding company of the largest integrated pharmaceutical wholesale and retail business in Romania. Founded in 1994, the Company owns Romania’s leading wholesale pharmaceutical network “Mediplus”, and Romania’s largest national chain of pharmacies “Sensiblu”.

The Company consolidated sales increased at a compound annual rate of approximately 61% between 2003 and 2005, amounting to €247.3 million for the twelve months ended 31 December 2005 and €147.9 million for the six months ended 30 June 2006.

At present the Company is the only Romanian business listed on the London Stock Exchange. Its shares have been traded in the form of Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”) on the regulated market of the LSE since October 2006 under the symbol 'ADPH'.
